StockView is not registered as an Investment Adviser with the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiară — ASF), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any other financial regulatory agency worldwide.

All tools, data, metrics, Quality Scores (QoS), Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) intrinsic value calculations, Margin of Safety (MOS) estimates, 10Cap metrics, and AI Analyst evaluations are generated programmatically for informational, educational, and research purposes only.

2. Nature of Service & Publisher's Exemption

StockView operates strictly within the framework of an impersonal financial publisher and data visualization platform (analogous to financial portals such as Yahoo Finance, GuruFocus, or Macrotrends).

• Impersonal Analysis: Calculations and scoring mechanisms are automated and distributed universally. They do not account for your personal financial objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, or tax situation.
• No Client Relationship: Creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or viewing stock data does not establish an advisory, broker, or fiduciary relationship between you and StockView.
• Independent Decision Making: Any transaction, trade, or investment made by you is made at your sole discretion and risk.

3. Algorithmic Valuation Models & AI Analyst Outputs

Classical Value Formulas: Our valuation models implement classical, public-domain mathematical methodologies (originating from Benjamin Graham, David Dodd, John Burr Williams, and popularized by modern value investors such as Warren Buffett and Phil Town). Historical growth trends, cash flow estimates, and discount rates are estimations and may deviate significantly from real-world economic outcomes.

AI Analyst & Automated Synthesis: Our AI Analyst tools leverage large language models to summarize financial filings and metrics. AI summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies, approximations, or hallucinations. You must independently cross-examine all AI-generated commentary against primary SEC 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K filings.

4. Third-Party Market Data & "As-Is" Provision

StockView aggregates publicly available data from regulatory repositories (SEC EDGAR) and third-party financial data vendors (including Finnhub, market pricing feeds, and company filings).

• No Warranty of Accuracy: Market data, historical financial statements, upcoming earnings calendars, and live pricing are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of completeness, timeliness, or accuracy.
• Possible Delays: Stock quotes, percentage changes, and peer lists may be delayed by 15 minutes or longer in accordance with standard exchange reporting guidelines.
• Unannounced Interruptions: Third-party API providers may experience service disruptions or data alterations beyond our operational control.

5. User Responsibilities & Investment Risk Warning

You agree that you will not hold StockView, its developers, operators, or affiliates accountable for any trading decisions or monetary losses. You are strongly advised to seek independent advice from a certified financial planner, licensed broker, or tax specialist prior to executing trades.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall StockView, its founders, operators, employees, licensors, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, capital, investment opportunities, or trading revenue;
• Inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or calculation anomalies in financial metrics;
• Service outages, system latency, or third-party API data failures;
• Decisions made in reliance upon content or outputs found on the portal.

In any jurisdiction that limits liability waivers, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to StockView for subscription access during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Clarification

The proprietary code, user interface, database aggregation scripts, custom scoring algorithms, and visual branding of StockView are protected by intellectual property laws.

Trademark Disclaimers: Names of tracked companies (e.g., Apple, Qualcomm, Netflix), stock ticker symbols, and third-party corporate logos displayed on the site remain the registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their display serves strictly for nominative identification and news/research reference. References to value investing concepts popularized by Benjamin Graham, Warren Buffett, or Phil Town are strictly educational and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or official affiliation.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of StockView shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union directives, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising in connection with the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
